 e3service

The  e3service research program aims at finding techniques and software tools for designing online services. Research problems include matching of customer needs for services, with available online services in the market, and, reasoning about potential service bundles.

We have developed a configurator for online service bundles, as part of the  e3value tool suite.

The forementioned configurator is used in a website to build service bundles for people suffering dementia.

In this publication, we propose an ontology for reasoning about consumer needs, which can be satisfied by services. Here, you can find a software tool that supposes a RDF representation of the ontology, and can be used to design and view the catalog.
